Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our physician practice in Oberlin, OH. The CMA will support the primary care physician by reviewing health records, measuring vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms for exams.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED with BLS/CPR certification. Experience in medical assisting and basic clerical duties is preferred. A $2000 sign-on bonus is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or will be required at hire per location policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community with respect and provide excellent service.
• Review and update patient charts and verify diagnostic test results and records.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height).
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals tracking, and phone coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
