Qualifications

• Certification as CMA/RMA required by a certifying board.
• Six months of customer service/clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and blood draw.
• Front desk duties: greeting, registration, insurance verification, and payment collection.
• Document in EMR per licensure and policy.
• Maintain daily patient schedule and handle calls for appointments and refills.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and care.
