Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support at our onsite Medical Center. You will perform patient assessments, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and assist providers with routine care in a welcoming continuum-of-care community.

The position offers hourly compensation of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior Living’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and use computers effectively.
• Current and active Medical Assistant certification per certifying board, CPR included.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments, including patient history, vital signs, and EKGs.
• Phlebotomy (blood draws) and injections as directed by clinicians.
• Manages stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms; maintains equipment and supply levels.
