Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support in our onsite Medical Center. You will perform clinical duties per leadership direction, conduct patient assessments, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy and injections, and help maintain treatment rooms.

The role offers an hourly wage of $22.00–$24.00, commensurate with experience, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) match, onsite wellness services, and education support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
• Current and active Medical Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments; patient history; vital signs; EKGs; phlebotomy and injections.
• Manages stocking and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Collaborates with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
