Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support in the onsite Medical Center. You will perform initial patient assessments, take histories, record vital signs, and perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and injections as directed by clinical leadership or practice management.

The role offers compensation of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities as part of Erickson Senior Living’s senior care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Current and active Medical Assistant certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments; patient history; vital signs; EKGs; phlebotomy (blood draws); and injections.
• Manage the stocking of treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness.
• Partner with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
