Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant for our onsite Medical Center. You will provide clinical support to medical and specialty providers, performing duties such as patient assessments, vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy.

Compensation is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, onsite health centers, education assistance, and growth opportunities as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of medical clinical skills.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer proficiency.
• Current and active Medical Assistant certification.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessments, patient history, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and injections.
• Manages stocking of treatment rooms and ensures cleanliness.
• Partners with lab facilities to ensure compliance with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
