Job summary

CVCH is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to prepare patients for visits, record vital signs and medical history, and assist providers. You will work with the care team to support procedures and patient flow in a busy clinic in Chelan/Douglas counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited college required.
• Current Medical Assistant-Certified or Interim license upon hire; must obtain license within year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for office visits by obtaining vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures within license scope.
• Support patient flow with clerical duties and reception tasks.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and charting per policy.
• Coordinate with providers and nursing staff to address patient needs.
