Job summary

KVH seeks a Clinic Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers across KVH clinics. You will room patients, obtain vital signs, assist with procedures, administer injections and medications, and update patient records for accuracy.

This role may float between clinics to ensure coverage and continuity of care. The position requires graduation from an accredited CMA program and current WA CMA licensure, plus a valid BLS certification and EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program and actively licensed in the State of Washington.
• Current BLS card for Healthcare Provider (maintenance required).
• Prior exposure to an Electronic Medical Records system.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist with medical procedures and administer injections/medications.
• Verify and update patient medical records for completeness.
• Refill medications and notify patients of test results.
• Support other KVH clinics as needed.
