Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the patient and provider throughout the patient visit.
• Prepares patient and provider for the visit.
• Answers patient questions prior to leaving; prepares room for next appointment.
• Delivers excellent patient service via phone and in person.
• Completes patient registration and related documentation as needed.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and credentials through ongoing development.
• Adheres to applicable DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements when in occupational health clinics.
