Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification from AAMA/AMCA/AMT/NCCT/NHA required or pending.
• BLS certification or obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and prepare rooms for visits.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Take vitals and document patient information accurately.
• Perform specimen collection and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Support billing with CPT/diagnosis coding and charting.
• Maintain clean, safe clinical environment and privacy.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate referrals when required.
