Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body required.
• BLS certification obtained within 3 months or already possessed.
• Two years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Preferred: 3 years MA experience, bilingual, EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow to maximize provider and exam room efficiency.
• Prepare medical records and verify patient data with identifiers.
• Provide high-quality customer service in all patient interactions.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for patients and families.
• Assist with exams and procedures as needed and document vitals.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations; coordinate patient care and scheduling.
