Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Medical Assistant for our onsite Medical Center. You will provide clinical support to providers, perform duties such as vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy and injections, and maintain treat­ment room readiness.

Onsite care and collaboration with lab teams are core parts of the role. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; CPR certification required; strong communication skills and MA certification are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform clinical duties under supervision; familiarity with EKGs, phlebotomy, injections.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments, patient history, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, injections.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms; ensure supplies are available.
• Coordinate with labs to comply with EHMG policies and OSHA guidelines.
