• Pre-certify patients for treatment.
• Pull orders and ensure no open orders.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Follow up on lab results and patient records.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Maintain clean examination rooms and equipment.
• Venipuncture on assigned patients (where applicable).
• Interact with patients calmly and professionally.
