Job summary

Redefine Healthcare in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to support patient care across multiple specialties. The CMA will document histories, assist with procedures, manage orders, ePrescribing, and handle administrative tasks in a busy multi-specialty office.

Hours are 40 per week, pay $20–$23 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, sick time, comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document patient histories and medical information.
• Assist with in-office procedures.
• Manage order entries and ePrescribing.
• Support with labs and imaging studies as directed.
• Assist with injections, casting, splinting, suturing.
• Respond to patient calls and inquiries.
• Handle pharmacy refill inquiries and other tasks as directed by providers.
