Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a physician-led team. You will greet patients, assist with registration, take vital signs, and support providers during exams and minor procedures.

The role may include immunizations, lab testing (EKG, PFT, glucose, urine pregnancy), and charting updates. Strong interpersonal skills and MA certification required; travel to other local clinics may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences coursework required.
• Active certification as CMA/MA through AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, or AAMA.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and vitals.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections when needed.
• Process prescription requests and pharmacy callbacks.
• Conduct onsite lab testing (EKG, PFT, glucose, urine hCG).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and patient flow.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
