Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of professional medical assisting experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of joining.
• CMA certification from recognized bodies (NCCT, AAMA, NHA, AMT, NAHP, AMCA).

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient examinations and treatments under physician guidance.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness after procedures.
• Assist and accompany patients from waiting area to examination.
• Document medical histories and interview patients.
• Record patient vital signs and collect specimens.
• Administer medications as instructed by physician.
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling and phone coverage.
• Mentor staff and support team productivity during rounds.
