Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform rooming and intake, collect vital signs and basic data.
• Gather patient history and medication lists.
• Review allergies and pharmacy preferences.
• Assist providers during procedures and exam rooms.
• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy.
• Administer medications under supervision.
• Support tests such as EKGs and basic eye exams.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Provide patient with post-visit instructions.
