Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and a CCMA certification. Outpatient setting experience and EPIC EMR familiarity are preferred, with a commitment to professional patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• National CCMA certification from NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT.

Responsibilities

• Handles patient intake and updates medical records.
• Records vital signs, collects specimens, and administers meds under physician supervision.
• Assists with walk-in and scheduled visits and ensures accurate data.
• Guides patients through the health care system and coordinates appointments.
• Maintains clean exam rooms and prepares rooms for exams.
