This is a non-exempt, full-time position requiring CMA certification, CPR, and 3+ years in primary care. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for a smooth, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or ability to renew/apply for certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or similar clinical environment.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Computer proficiency with EHR systems for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to execute tasks as ordered by providers.
• Deliver care per each member's individualized plan.
• Perform intake, collect lab specimens, and administer immunizations.
• Chart accurately in electronic medical records (EHR).
• Assist with minor procedures and support the clinical team.
• Complete opening and closing tasks to prepare for daily clinic operations.
• Support the care team to meet members' needs and smooth hand-offs.
