Harbor Health in Converse, TX is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our growing clinic. You will support care delivery, perform intake, collect specimens, and help keep the EHR up to date in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in primary care, CMA certification or the ability to renew, CPR, and strong patient-facing communication. A collaborative, team-oriented setting with competitive benefits awaits.

Competenze

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or ability to renew/apply for certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care or similar clinical environment.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Computer proficiency with EHR entry and data reporting.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent customer service and ability to prioritize workload.
• Professional communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Team player with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with clinical team to execute care tasks as ordered by providers.
• Deliver care per each member's individualized care plan.
• Perform intake, collect lab specimens, and administer immunizations.
• Chart accurately in EHR.
• Assist with minor procedures and other supportive tasks.
• Complete opening and closing tasks for daily operations.
• Support the care team and ensure proper hand-offs.
