Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Foxboro, MA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, clinic-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Clinics are closed on weekends.

You will welcome patients, take vitals, update histories, support providers during exams, perform point-of-care testing and vaccine administration under supervision, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. You will also assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and scheduling.
