Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time, clinic-based role in Foxboro, MA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch. You will welcome patients, take vitals, assist providers, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Must have Accredited MA training and MA certification, with 1+ year healthcare experience preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k), and paid time off.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
