Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time clinic-based position in Brighton, MA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch break.

Clinics are closed on weekends. You will welcome patients, take vitals, support providers, perform point-of-care testing and vaccines under supervision, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
