Job summary

Adams Health in Decatur, IN is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide clinical, clerical, and administrative support to physicians and the healthcare team.

The CMA will room patients, document vitals, assist with procedures, schedule appointments, coordinate pre-certifications, and maintain an organized clinical area to promote positive patient experiences.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day, benefits begin the first of the month following hire.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• 40 hours per week - First Shift.
• Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital signs.
• Assist with procedures and in-office testing.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate pre-certifications/referrals.
• Maintain an organized clinical environment and support the care team.
