Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Medical Assistant with a current BLS certification.
• Experience using an EMR system is preferred.
• Basic clinical procedures and patient care duties are required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vital signs during visits.
• Update medication lists in the EMR and restock rooms.
• Assist providers with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, and minor procedures.
• Document interventions and maintain patient records.
• Provide patient education and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with MD, APP, and RN in a team-based care setting.
