Responsibilities

• The Clinical Team Lead collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations.
• Supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs.
• Manage multiple projects and perform special work assignments as needed.
• Support Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals.
• Takes initiative and implements new processes independently.
• Acts as a role model for the clinical team and subject matter expert in clinical areas.

Overview:

Sentara Urgent Care Little Neck is now hiring a Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator (Team Lead) Virginia Beach, VA!

Clinic hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: 8am-4pm.

Scheduled hours and shifts may vary based on business need and candidates’ availability.
