This role collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager to ensure efficient clinical operations and daily accountability, while advancing operational solutions across the team.

The position requires administrative and medical office experience, plus patient care exposure.

Qualifications

• One year of administrative experience required.
• One year of medical office experience required.
• Two years of patient care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations under the supervision of the Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager.
• Support leadership with solutions for operational needs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve goals; take initiative to implement new processes.
• Serve as a role model for the clinical team and act as a subject matter expert in clinical areas.
