Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NCCT) required; ABR-OE acceptable if MA certification unavailable.
• BLS CPR certification required at hire or prior to independent patient care in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update health records; verify diagnostic results and reports.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Handle clerical tasks: inventory, referrals tracking, and phone duties.
