Role Description: Medical Assistants work with the clinical team to interview consumers, measure vital signs, draw blood, and perform basic clinical functions. Responsibilities include recording consumer information, monitoring and administering medications, and assisting with medical care coordination.

Pay Range & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $26.72/hr
• Language Differential: $1 - $2.50

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collect blood specimens and prepare for lab testing.
• Interview consumers to gather medical information.
• Measure vital signs: pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height.
• Record medical history and test results.
• Communicate medical information to staff.
• Coordinate care with staff and psychiatrists.
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LPN Duties:

• Provide psychological evaluations and crisis interventions.
• Assist with medical case management and rehabilitation.
• Draw blood, monitor vital signs, administer medications.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant educational program and certification.
• At least one year of experience in a medical or clinical setting; mental health experience preferred.
