Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take patient's vital signs and prepare them for examination.
• Document medical records accurately with signature, date and time.
• Administer medication under physician supervision.
• Observe and report patient signs or symptoms; collect routine lab specimens.
• Provide basic first aid and participate in performance improvement projects.
• Collaborate as an active care team member to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high quality customer service to patients and staff.
• May travel to other clinics as needed.
