You will review and update health records, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure accuracy of diagnostic results within state guidelines. The role requires active CMA certification, strong patient service skills, and the ability to handle clerical tasks while supporting the care team.

• Ability to review and update health records and prepare treatment rooms.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community in a respectful manner.
• Prepare and review patient charts for upcoming visits, verify diagnostic test results and records.
• Measure vital signs: pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, height.
• Perform clerical duties: check inventory, stock supplies, track referrals, answer phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
