Clinical Associates in Pikesville, MD seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Russian Required) to join our Internal Medicine team. The role involves triaging calls, rooming patients, taking histories, obtaining test orders, and coordinating care in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Internal Medicine, current CMA certification, strong patient service skills, and fluency in Russian.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current registration/certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Internal Medicine preferred.
• Must speak Russian fluently.
• Our ideal candidate will come to us registered Nationally as a Medical Assistant and experienced in Internal Medicine or Primary Care.
• Candidates selected for an interview will be required to take a medical skill assessment.

We are seeking to add an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Russian Required) to our team in Pikesville located in the Woodholme Medical Building at 1838 Greene Tree Road!

Shift: Monday - Friday / Day Shift Totaling 37.5 (+) hours per week

**Requires flexibility - Must be available to work as early as 7:30am

Must be available to work on Tuesday evenings until 6:00pm

The Medical Assistant will work closely with one of our healthcare providers in Internal Medicine. Full Time candidates with proven EHR experience will have hands-on responsibilities with patients in a healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing a positive, supportive, nurturing, yet professional experience whether triaging calls, rooming patients and assisting during an office visit, or providing follow-up to patients and/or families.

The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of services up to and including:

• Assistance during routine exams
• Recording a patient history and logging vital signs.
• Obtaining and tracking authorizations and test results
• Entering lab / diagnostic test orders
• Scheduling appointments, procedures, or imaging
• Providing Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.
