Paycom - ATS in Tukwila, WA is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to support the Health and Human Services department. The role involves direct patient care, data entry into the EMR, specimen handling, and routine station readiness.

Responsibilities include assisting providers, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and coordinating appointments with ancillary tasks. A WA CMA certification and CPR/BLS are required, with training and background checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of work experience as a certified medical assistant.
• Current Washington State CMA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for CIT vehicle usage.
• BLS/CPR, AED, and first aid certifications required (in-person courses accepted).
• Background screening and investigations per CIT policy.

Responsabilités

• Assist providers in direct patient care according to scope of practice and policies.
• Enter patient information into the electronic medical record for provider review.
• Perform point-of-care urine tests and venipuncture for send-out labs.
• Prepare examination/treatment rooms and support telehealth readiness.
• Assist with medication management when clinically indicated.
• Support inventory control and ordering of supplies for patient care.
