Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weight, medications, and history.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support daily clinic operations and patient experience.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies.
