Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility in Parrish, FL. This is a 12-week contract with the possibility of an extension, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients for providers.
• Calling patients with results/lab/diagnostic testing.
• POC testing.

Must have skills/qualifications/experience:

• Knowledge of medical terminology along with good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• 2+ years working as a medical assistant.
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• High school diploma.

Additional Information:

Location: Parrish, FL

Job Duration: 12 weeks

Shifts: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Hourly Pay: $21 - $23/hour
