Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Medical Assistant in Parrish, FL to support both clinical and administrative tasks. You will prepare patients, record vitals, assist physicians, and manage front-desk activities. This role is safety-sensitive and requires patient care and medication handling.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year MA experience, completed an accredited MA program, and possess CPR/IV start certifications. Strong EMR, Google Suite, and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program preferred (RMA or CMA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for provider examination and document medical history and vitals.
• Assist provider with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain complete electronic medical records for patients.
• Handle front-desk operations including scheduling and calls.
