Job summary

Redefine Healthcare seeks a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our multi-specialty team at our Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Langhorne offices. You will document patient histories, assist with procedures, manage orders, and respond to patient inquiries, working closely with clinicians.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour depending on specialty and experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Solid working knowledge of EHR systems; Athena knowledge a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Document patient histories and assist with in-office procedures.
• Manage order entries, ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies.
• Respond to patient inquiries and calls.
• Assist with injections, casting, splinting, suturing.

Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Langhorne (PA) Offices. The Certified Medical Assistant will support patient care by documenting patient histories, assisting with in-office procedures, and responding to patient inquiries. They will also manage order entries, ePrescribing, and other administrative tasks, working closely with healthcare providers in a multi-specialty setting. Job Title Duties (not Limited To)

• Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments.
• Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, plans as instructed by provider).
• Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.)
• Assist with in-office injections.
• Assist with casting, splinting, suturing.
• Respond to patient calls and inquiries.
• Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries.
• Any and all other tasks as directed by providers.

Minimum Level Of Education Or Experience Required

• Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
