Vera Whole Health, Inc. in Decatur, GA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time role in our primary care clinic. You will support providers, take vitals, assist with procedures, and help manage patient flow in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, perform point-of-care testing, and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Administer immunizations, injections, and oral medications
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and process lab specimens
• Support patient education and care-management needs
• Set up exam/procedure rooms using sterile technique
• Assist with front-office tasks (phones, scheduling, registration)
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies
• Document accurately in the EMR and follow HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA standards
• Participate in team huddles, training, and quality-improvement activities
