• Patient check-ins and history collection.
• Administering medications as directed.
• Performing phlebotomy and completing forms.
• Managing prescriptions and pharmacy communication.
• Maintaining medical records.
• Scheduling appointments and tests.

The must-haves:

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent.
• Previous clinical or office experience.
• Current licensure and BLS certification.
• Membership in SGNA recommended.
• Maturity, empathy, patience.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and follow protocols.
