Day in the Life of a Med Tech

• Administers prescribed medications to residents and maintains related medical records
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to monitor responses to medications
• May record and restock medications and medical supplies on the nursing care units
• Maintains current knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures
