Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to deliver quality assisted living services and maximize residents' independence. You will report to the Resident Care Director and be involved in medication administration, documentation in the EHR, and adherence to infection control standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, current Med Tech or QMAP certification, CPR certification within 90 days, and preferred experience in senior services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Med Tech or QMAP certification; certification must remain current during employment.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire and remain current.
• One year experience in senior services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows policies for medication administration, ordering, and delivery.
• Reports med errors or missing medications immediately.
• Provides quality care per the care plan and promotes resident independence.
• Maintains infection control guidelines and documents medication administration in the EHR.
