Job summary

Asbury Normandie Ridge is seeking a Certified Med Aide to safely prepare and administer prescribed medications in a resident care setting. You will verify patient identity, document administration, monitor health, and support medication processes under facility policies.

We offer part-time shifts (6am–2pm) at $17/hour with daily pay options, plus benefits. A compassionate team and strong leadership support your success in caring for older adults.

Qualifications

• > Must be 18 years of age or older.
• > One year experience as a Certified Med Aide/Tech.
• > Current CPR Certification.
• > Active Certified Med Aide License.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer prescribed medications, ensuring correct labeling and following physician orders and facility policies.
• Verify resident identity and check medications for accuracy before administration.
• Document medication administration immediately, including refusals and follow-ups.
• Monitor resident health by checking vital signs and report side effects promptly.
• Manage medication processes, including deliveries, reorders, and proper storage or disposal per policy.
