Prelude Fertility, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse to float as an IVF Coordinator in our Atlanta area clinics.

The role focuses on compassionate clinical care, patient education, and coordination of fertility procedures, with opportunities to float to local practices as needed. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package designed to support caregivers and their families.

Qualifications

• Three years Medical Assistant experience, at least two in fertility, or RN licensure with one year experience.
• One year phlebotomy experience.
• Ultrasonography experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA compliance.
• Understanding of basic reproductive physiology.
• Knowledge of examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results.
• Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation.
• Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
• Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care.
• Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate case management and schedule treatments.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.

Description

To do this effectively, you'll need the following:

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of three years Medical Assistant experience, at least two in the field of fertility, or RN licensure with one year experience, preferably in fertility or specialized care.
• Phlebotomy experience, one year.
• Ultrasonography experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, an FDA compliance.
• Understanding of basic reproductive physiology.
• Knowledge of examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive conditions.
