Prelude Fertility, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a clinical team and uphold high standards of patient care in a diverse, inclusive setting. The role focuses on nursing process, policy development, staff management, and quality outcomes, with a sign-on bonus of $1000.

You will recruit, train, and coach nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster compassionate patient and family education. IVF/fertility experience is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license required.
• IVF/fertility experience with women’s health a plus; training provided.
• 2 years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) required.
• Promote operation efficiency and a safe, harmonious working environment; personnel administration knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years as a clinical RN, including PACU experience.
• Observe patient confidentiality per policies and procedures.
• Strong computer, oral, and written communication skills.
• Excellent patient service and interactions with patients.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team of professionals. We seek to fill this role with a strong candidate who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

What you will do:

What is required:

• Skills to promote operation efficiency and a safe and harmonious working environment; knowledge of personnel administration
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical RN position, including PACU experience.
• Observe patient confidentiality per policies and procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate computer proficiency, as well as clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with patients. Demonstrates superior customer services skills to all patients.
