Job summary

LifeTutors in Concord, New Hampshire is seeking life coaches to provide in-person support to young adults aiming for daily structure, healthy habits, financial independence, and sobriety.

Coaches meet clients 2–3 times weekly for 60–90 minutes, with a 30-minute team reflection once a week. Travel to meet clients is required; in-house coaching certification training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a human services field or coaching certification.
• Experience in behavioral health with young adults.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and an accepting approach to supporting young adults in transition.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess needs and develop personalized goal plans.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in academics, employment, independent living, managing their medication, and more.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to address clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate with management, coaches, and families as needed.
• Keep accurate records of client progress, notes, and maintain confidentiality of participant information.
• Participate in earning LifeTutors' in-house coaching certification.

LifeTutors is a nationally-accredited, clinically-informed coaching company supporting young adults seeking whole life wellness and independence. We are seeking to add new coaches to our team in Concord, New Hampshire!

We are looking for life coaches, those especially with some experience in the recovery world. Our participant in Concord is looking for in-person support with developing daily structure, incorporating healthy habits, pursuing financial independence and maintaining sobriety in support of these goals.

Specifically, we are looking for coaches who:

• Have experience and/or education in supporting folks in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment
• Are able to support building healthy habits around food and movement
• Are certified coaches with training through ICF or BCC (highly preferred)
• Bonus Points if you happen to be a comic book nerd!

Coaches will meet with the client 2x-3x per week for 60-90 minutes each. The Coach teams share a 30 min call once a week to reflect on the previous week and collaborate on next steps.

About us

Our coaching sessions are in-person and take place at home, at school & in the community- wherever our participants' goals are. We work in coach teams, alternating appointments and gathering/sharing information with a greater network of supporters with the permission & of the participant. Travel to meet the client will be required.

Duties include

• Empathy and an accepting approach to supporting young adults in transition
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Training and Supervision

• Coaches earn in-house coaching certification
• LifeTutors offers regular (several times per month) group training sessions
• LifeTutors leadership is part of every coach pairing, providing continuous guidance and supervision
