Job summary

U-GRO Learning Centres is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young minds and mentor fellow Teachers. You will lead engaging learning experiences, promote child development, and oversee curriculum and licensing compliance in a dynamic preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
