Inspire Early Education in Old Forge, PA is seeking a Certified Lead Early Head Start Teacher to join our team. This full-time role supports children from 6 weeks to 3 years, adhering to state licensing and Head Start standards, and involves family outreach and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a relative field is required.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years.
• Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards.
• Complete required home visits with enrolled families.
• Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff while maintaining documentation.
