Inspire Early Education in Exeter, PA is seeking a lead Pre-K Counts Teacher to deliver high-quality care and early education for children from 6 weeks to 3 years. You will follow state licensing regulations and Early Head Start standards, and participate in required trainings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (Required).
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years.
• Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards.
• Complete required home visits with enrolled families.
• Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.
