Inspire Early Education in Dover, PA is seeking a dedicated Floating Child Care Teacher. This full-time role travels between Harrisburg and York County centers to support classrooms.

You will create warm environments, implement play-based curriculum, support growth, and build relationships with children and families. A high school diploma and 2500 hours of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• At least 2500 hours professional experience with children (Required).
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!).
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

This is a full-time position, and we are seeking a Floating Certified Teachers for our Harrisburg & York County Childcare Centers (addresses listed below). This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must.
