Inspire Early Education in Exeter, PA is seeking a Lead Pre-K Counts Teacher to join a caring team. The role focuses on high-quality care for children from 6 weeks to 3 years, ensuring compliance with licensing and Head Start standards.

You will engage families with home visits, trainings, and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate has an ECE degree (or related), certification, and proven childcare experience, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field (Required).
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years.
• Follow Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards.
• Complete required home visits with enrolled families.
• Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.
